By signing up for, accessing, or continuing to use 8here, you agree to use the service lawfully, avoid misleading or harmful redirects, respect third-party rights, and stay within the quotas, rate limits, plan limits, and access conditions attached to your personal or company workspace. 8here QR codes are provided only to make the same short links easier to share across digital and offline surfaces. A QR scan opens the associated short URL and does not provide access to anyone's financial data, payment account, private credentials, wallet, banking details, or external account information. QR codes must not be used for phishing, financial deception, unlawful solicitation, misleading destinations, or any activity that violates these terms. Personal workspaces are responsible for their own links, destinations, QR codes, API credentials, and account activity. Company workspaces are responsible for the activity of collaborators connected to the same organization profile, including link publishing, API application registrations, access requests, and commercial use under that workspace. 8here may review, limit, suspend, remove, deny, price, or change access to accounts, companies, features, quotas, payment requirements, or availability when needed for security, compliance, abuse prevention, product quality, operational reliability, or commercial reasons. Advanced capabilities such as ad-free subscriber experiences, higher usage limits, richer reporting, company collaboration, and live API access are plan-based add-ons. They may require commercial review, payment confirmation, account eligibility checks, or workspace-level activation before they become available. Public sharing can remain available while advanced capabilities are unavailable, paused, or withdrawn. If a user or company is marked inactive, related 8here features, quotas, links, applications, and access may be suspended or revoked until the workspace is reviewed and restored. Users and companies are responsible for reviewing the latest published policy pages regularly before continuing to use the service. 8here is not required to provide separate personal reminders whenever policy wording, pricing, plan eligibility, service limits, or commercial conditions are updated. Continuing to use 8here after policy publication means you accept the latest active terms, privacy rules, limits, and commercial conditions. If you do not agree with any statement in these terms, discontinue use of the service immediately. All rights related to the platform, brand, software, content, service experience, pricing structure, and product decisions are reserved by 8here.in. 8here does not support unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise illegal activity. 8here and its operators are not liable for misuse, unlawful destinations, deceptive campaigns, infringing content, or illegal incidents initiated by account holders, linked company members, collaborators, or visitors.
